<p>Most people don&#8217;t realise how much they can gain by aligning their whole in a holistic way. To live and work in harmony with the natural world around us is to be aware, to be grateful, to be mindful and to take action on that gratitude. People are confused why certain areas of their life flow and other areas do not, but when you have deliberate intent, what we call structure, it starts to unfold before your eyes, it starts its rhythm, its flow.<br>The delicate movement and hints of all aspects of our lives are aligned in a specific and organised structure.</p>



<p><br>Why and when did it happen?<br>It happens because you give your consent. It happens when you start navigating it. It’s your internal compass. Your inner order is interconnected with the necessities and level of your soul, heart and body. Decide to do whatever it requires to align your soul, heart and body with this holistic framework so your life flows in so many ways. That decision will be dramatic.</p>



<p><br>But the effects are gonna change everything around you. It’s like a rebirth, rearranging your life, reorganisation of what you are. Everyone wants their life to flow more smoothly. And yet we can barely make sense of how it all works. The flow of life is like a river whose channels are constantly changing, and whose shoreline is shifting. The river&#8217;s course is a constantly changing expression.</p>



<p><br>The water that flows out of them eventually flows back into them, where they become new channels, because the water flows along with them, not away from them. And the direction where the water flows — is a constantly shifting<br>expression of its past. The channels themselves are constantly changing. The shape of a river channel changes in response to the flow of water through it, this is a whole and connected procedure. But how can a river&#8217;s course change, when its channels don&#8217;t?</p>



<p><br>The path the river takes through space is the force that guides its movements. All you need is a force, support, an individual, a soul to direct your path and that’s it.</p>



<p><br>You are the river and have ultimate flow within yourself. The river is not trying to flow at all. It just flows. The ultimate smoothness is waiting for you. And that smoothness lies within the alignment. Alignment of soul, heart and<br>body.  </p>



<p>Many of you are frustrated. You’re trying to figure some things out in your life.<br>You feel like you’re spinning, out of control. You can’t figure out your calling.<br>You feel like things are not flowing. You feel like you’re stuck.<br>These are three very important things.</p>

It’s also important to be kind to yourself. This will prevent you from<br>feeling like you are being judged or discouraged. And it will help you let go of<br>negative thoughts.</li><li><strong>Surround yourself with positive people.<br></strong>Having supportive people around you contributes to your happiness and<br>happiness is important to your growth. Along with working to surround yourself<br>with people who are already 3x more successful than you, I also recommend<br>promoting positive individuals to the people in your life. These individuals will<br>give your life purpose and will help you grow. People who inspire you always<br>go a long way. So do yourself a favour and choose to surround yourself with<br>those who fill you with pure joy (and stopped sucking at life long ago!). This<br>includes family, friends, co-workers and partners. These people are the ones<br>that make you feel comfortable, feel fulfilled and give you abundant<br>opportunities for growth.</li><li><strong>Surround yourself with the best people.<br></strong>People can make your life extremely abundant and enjoyable. People can also make your life incredibly difficult and also extremely unhappy. It is best to surround yourself with people who fit your exact qualifications (i.e. those who<br>occupy the exact position you want to occupy). Unless you see the good in everyone you meet, you will be suffering in the sense of thinking that there is something wrong with you because no one is happy or fulfilled with the life<br>they are living. Surround yourself with people who inspire you daily. Surround yourself with those who support you and also accept you for all you are. This mistake is more common than you might think.</li><li><strong>Identify practical ways you can start living a holistic life<br></strong>There are a lot of ways to incorporate holistic living into your life. Identify practical ways you can start living a holistic life. For example, start eating better by cooking at home more, or start meditating for a few minutes a day.<br>Here are a few more ideas to get you started. Discover your WHY — the reason you live, advance your career, take care of your family and pursue your passions. Why do you want to live like this for a lifetime? Let go of what you do not want. Start working on what you want to work on, then let go of what you do not want.<br>Refuse to buy into the “worst-case” moments. Once in a while, something will happen. Accept it. It will happen again. But then proceed to do what you can to head off any disaster that could have happened that would have hurt your life.    The only way to have true joy in life is to accept what will come your way. Jot down your life goals. These decisions will define your reality. What do you want your life to look like? Being specific is a great way to determine your own goals. You can approach it from several angles: Little, Big and Before and<br>After. Or set specific goals. Find the balance. Find a gentle flow that feels good. In moving from right to<br>left, new and old. Remember that in a graceful movement it’s not the smooth transitions that get you, but the conflicts that you learn how to resolve. Peaceful collisions teach us the meaning of life. Look for moments to take risks. If you are afraid to fail, then find a way to fail, even in small ways. Failure is also another opportunity to learn how to succeed. Begin with a deeply rooted intention.</li><li><strong>Join the movement of people who are living a holistic life<br></strong>The more you can integrate healthier habits into your life, the better you’ll feel.<br>If you’re not already living a holistic life, here are some things you can do to<br>start living more healthfully:<br>1) Eat healthier foods. Eat more whole foods, especially fruits and<br>vegetables.<br>2) Get enough sleep. Studies have shown people who sleep less are more<br>likely to gain weight.<br>3) Commit to a daily movement goal like gardening, walking or thinking about<br>what you’re grateful for.<br>4) Take 5 minutes at the end of the day to journal. Notes can be anything,<br>positive or negative. Focus on one positive habit you need to change to<br>become even more health-conscious and fulfilled.<br>5) Reminisce about how great of a healthy lifestyle you had as a kid or adult.<br>Think about how much healthier you feel and what it feels like because of that<br>lifestyle. You can add more to your life and win a new healthy obsession for<br>future victories.<br>6) Do more pushups or situps. After doing these activities, you can then<br>create a new habit of doing them in a specific order. For example, if you get up<br>and do 15 pushups and then do 10 situps followed by 15 pushups, you may<br>set up a goal to do 20 pushups and 10 situps at the end of the day.<br>7) Quit your job and go to the gym 3-4 days per week. Instead of working for<br>someone else, work for yourself for the most part. Feel more accomplished,<br>look forward to working out and will have more self-worth and confidence to<br>work out.<br>8) Invest in healthy property and gadgets like bands, outdoor workouts and<br>water bottles. Keep track of your weight, food and activity goals to measure<br>success. Finally, schedule an hour each night to work on your goals and<br>remove distractions. <p>I never took the bond of emotional stability and spirituality for granted and this is the point where we either mix things up or consider them disconnected from each other. Stable emotions strengthen the spiritual dimensions of ourselves. If you’re struggling with depression or anxiety, or just can’t seem to shake that feeling of lethargy plaguing you every day, the problem might be in your heart and with your emotions. But not in the way you think.<br />The answer might lie in your subconscious, a powerful tool for increasing your energy level and boosting your well-being, but it works both ways.</p>

<p>It can also be responsible for negative emotions like stress, worry or fear. Instead of focusing on how to increase energy levels to feel better, why not focus on how to reduce negative emotions? First of all know that emotional stability lies in expression, not in suppression. Allow yourself to talk about the things you want to discuss.<br />Do not be in the denial phase because you heal by releasing.</p>

<p><br />I create the energy field that moves through the most extraordinary and magical rebirth that you can ever experience. Because in the process, what important is to face your fears and what’s hidden in your<br />subconscious. The most important part is to, Identify the emotional triggers that are draining your energy<br />If you feel like you’re running on empty, you need to identify what’s causing that in your life. Maybe you’re spending too much time on social media, or maybe you’re not eating enough.</p>

<p>Maybe you’re not spending enough time with your friends, or maybe work is too stressful. Maybe you stopped taking care of the necessities of your soul. Whatever it is, it’s time to identify the source of your issue so you can take remediation action to activate your highest potential. Sometimes reaching our highest potential means staying tight-lipped. That’s when our inner dialogues start to come out and we start to give advice that just doesn’t come from within our bodies.</p>

<p><br />For example, you’re not in a place of strength to take action, maybe you work too hard, all the while watching family members struggle with the same issues. You might be in a bit of pain, so instead of taking action, you’re trying to numb the pain. You think to yourself, “I’m not making it, I should sit this one out,” while putting all your energy into work busywork routines. While I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with work, there’s an<br />opportunity cost to not being able to take action.</p>

<p>The same is true for social media and junk food. You can work out hard, and recover adequately from your workouts, but if you’re never taking action, then you won’t ever activate your highest potential. When you tell yourself, “I need to go work out”, you’re not creating the opportunity to take a creative risk and do some fun things. Or maybe you<br />just need to pull yourself out of a deep rut and take a self-care day, take a walk with your dog, or eat a healthier meal.</p>

<p><br />These moments are the “activation dollars”. You start by telling yourself that whatever pain you’re suffering from, the solution is right in front of you and you just need to take action. Track your emotional state regularly to identify problems before they become crises It’s important to monitor your emotional state, because it can affect how<br />you feel about your life and your soul. You can track your emotional state, or mood, by rating how you feel on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the happiest and 1 being the saddest.</p>

<p>A mood scale can serve as a simple emotional health check to see if you’re feeling OK in your current state or<br />not. Give yourself a score of “6” if you’re not in a good place, and “0” if you’re confused and frazzled, but lucky to still be in a job you enjoy. Increase your productivity. Research shows smiling can increase productivity, but that’s not the only reason to smile. Smiling triggers the release of dopamine. Dopamine is a ‘feel-good chemical released in the brain when we see someone or something that is positively rewarding,” she says.</p>

Spiritual upliftment relies on self-improvement activities that are<br />designed to increase one&#8217;s happiness while eliminating negative thoughts and<br />behaviours.</p>

<p class="has-text-align-left"><br />When I say spiritual, I&#8217;m talking about the whole energy, your soul&#8217;s essence. The spiritual side is about discovering who you are, where you come from and finding the answers to your life questions. It&#8217;s mostly about your very own journey. The spiritual side is invisible and can&#8217;t be touched, at least not directly. The internal aspect is what you&#8217;re looking for. This is the dimension where I work on your energy and merge it with your divine powers to activate the best version within yourself for you. The freedom of spirit, the work for a better world, the awakening of the mind&#8211;these are things that I&#8217;ve been trying to spread. It all comes from self-development, from being open-minded and from being more conscious and receptive about how you&#8217;re living your life. It also comes from being able to talk about it, being able to accept it and most essential being ready to transform it for the next level.</p>

<p class="has-text-align-left"><br />It wouldn&#8217;t be wrong to say that for a majority of the human population, there exists a deep-seated spiritual need. The desire to understand and connect with something greater than ourselves is not only innate, it&#8217;s universal. People who feel like they aren&#8217;t getting enough out of their religious practice or spiritual community can look<br />into other avenues for fulfilling their spiritual needs.</p>

The only thing that you need to understand is that the behaviours that brought you your true self are the same behaviours that continue to cause you suffering and pain in relationships. Your true self is always being challenged by outside influences. You will find your true self<br />when you accept and respect the way that you are. Most people live their entire lives in the world of control—that is, they cling to a particular mode of thinking about what is the &#8220;right&#8221; way to be in the world and to interact with other people. They are anxious, controlling, and unable to accept and appreciate the reality of life. They fear they will be too much like others and be rejected. Your true self will be revealed to you The process of finding your true self starts with allowing others to tell you who you really are. Before you can find your true self, you must learn to trust others and listen to them.</p>

<p class="has-text-align-left"><br />By self-revelation, we mean exposing ourselves to our whole selves. It means allowing ourselves to look at our faults and faults in others and forgiving others. Believe that when we allow people to hold us accountable and to do the same for us, spiritual enlightenment begins to work its magic. We don’t have to be afraid of who<br />we are. We don’t have to hide it and pretend to be what we are not. Our self will ultimately reveal itself to us and to the world.</p>
