Spiritual upliftment is a way of transforming the mind and body through the combined use of positive thinking, visualisation techniques, meditation, yoga and other healing modalities. It can also be referred to as spiritual enlightenment or self-actualisation. Spiritual upliftment relies on self-improvement activities that are
designed to increase one’s happiness while eliminating negative thoughts and
behaviours.
When I say spiritual, I’m talking about the whole energy, your soul’s essence. The spiritual side is about discovering who you are, where you come from and finding the answers to your life questions. It’s mostly about your very own journey. The spiritual side is invisible and can’t be touched, at least not directly. The internal aspect is what you’re looking for. This is the dimension where I work on your energy and merge it with your divine powers to activate the best version within yourself for you. The freedom of spirit, the work for a better world, the awakening of the mind–these are things that I’ve been trying to spread. It all comes from self-development, from being open-minded and from being more conscious and receptive about how you’re living your life. It also comes from being able to talk about it, being able to accept it and most essential being ready to transform it for the next level.
It wouldn’t be wrong to say that for a majority of the human population, there exists a deep-seated spiritual need. The desire to understand and connect with something greater than ourselves is not only innate, it’s universal. People who feel like they aren’t getting enough out of their religious practice or spiritual community can look
into other avenues for fulfilling their spiritual needs.
How do you find your true self?
First, you need to know that you already have your true self. The only thing that you need to understand is that the behaviours that brought you your true self are the same behaviours that continue to cause you suffering and pain in relationships. Your true self is always being challenged by outside influences. You will find your true self
when you accept and respect the way that you are. Most people live their entire lives in the world of control—that is, they cling to a particular mode of thinking about what is the “right” way to be in the world and to interact with other people. They are anxious, controlling, and unable to accept and appreciate the reality of life. They fear they will be too much like others and be rejected. Your true self will be revealed to you The process of finding your true self starts with allowing others to tell you who you really are. Before you can find your true self, you must learn to trust others and listen to them.
By self-revelation, we mean exposing ourselves to our whole selves. It means allowing ourselves to look at our faults and faults in others and forgiving others. Believe that when we allow people to hold us accountable and to do the same for us, spiritual enlightenment begins to work its magic. We don’t have to be afraid of who
we are. We don’t have to hide it and pretend to be what we are not. Our self will ultimately reveal itself to us and to the world.
The uniqueness lies in the gradual process of acceptance, expression and change.
What is spiritual upliftment? Spiritual upliftment is a transition towards a state of spiritual freedom, spiritual
awakening or happiness. It refers to a state in which one’s life becomes more fulfilling and meaningful, or in which the person realizes their true nature and inherent divinity. Spiritual awakenings are uncommon events. Most people reach spiritual enlightenment later in life, often after a lifetime of devoted service to others. Is it always a positive transition?
At times, spiritual enlightenment is associated with negative thoughts and behaviours that make it seem like the change will not be positive. Many times, people who have attained spiritual awakening, though they have consciously worked on their issues for a long time, don’t stay on track. That might occur with you too. The feeling of being lost or sad or helpless in the process is normal because, in the end, fulfilment and a new state of realisation are waiting to welcome you. Ways to attain spiritual upliftment To enhance the spiritual qualities of the soul, people have begun using a combination of yoga, martial arts, meditation and positive affirmations. And they
badly mix personal development with spiritual upliftment.
It actually includes high consciousness, increased energy levels, all dimensional realisation, and a lot of other tools and procedures that support spiritual upliftment. Practising spiritual upliftment doesn’t need to involve giving up all your worldly possessions and renouncing your current lifestyle. Spiritual upliftment can be a simple act of gratitude towards your family, children, friends and others. It can involve starting to pay your friends and family back for their support. It can involve giving yourself to charity or helping people in need. It can involve helping the environment through recycling, non-polluting transportation and switching to more eco-friendly products. It can include a lot more energy in whatever you do, a lot more passion and authenticity. It is all about being you and it affects all aspects of your
life.
Here are some general techniques for having a start to the journey of spiritual awakening! Daily meditation practice Meditation is a powerful tool that has been used by many ancient cultures, including Hindus, Jews and Buddhists to achieve spiritual enlightenment and altered states of consciousness. Traditional meditation often includes sitting or lying down in stillness and silence, while breathing in or out in an organised manner.
There are many spiritual philosophies that people can use to understand the basics of meditation and different forms of spiritual upliftment. One’s perception of time The main focus of meditation is to be mindful of the present moment. Mindfulness means taking a moment to think about the things you do each day.
Visualisation techniques In daily life, we are limited by the limitations of our own thinking and perception.
Our thoughts are our reality and they can be positive or negative. Negative thinking leads to negative feelings such as anger, frustration, jealousy, grief, fear, anxiety, stress, addiction and other negative emotions. Positive thinking helps us to see life in a more positive and pleasant light. By thinking good thoughts, we can live life to the
fullest and feel happy and positive emotions.
Spiritual upliftment relies on a system of techniques and processes that assist us in better understanding ourselves and the world around us, and on developing a more loving and compassionate existence. Yoga and healing modalities Yoga, which is primarily an exercise technique, is a way of developing self-awareness, self-acceptance, communication with the divine, and relaxation.
One of the main purposes of yoga is to develop both internal and external healing modalities. Although yoga is primarily a physical exercise, it can also be used to help transform the mind, body and spirit. Yoga practice can lead to physical and mental health by replacing the negative thought patterns and behaviours that are associated with
stress. Yoga can also allow people to develop a higher sense of personal connection and spiritual connection to the world. Yoga practices can also help people relieve stress by relaxing the body and mind. And what I do in my sessions is next level.
I connect all the dots of your inner world for the outcome of clear and purposeful life.

Higher State of Consciousness teaches us how to step into who we are, by dropping what is not working out of our lives. It is about the power of creating the life we want, right now. The power of creating a structure that is solid enough to marry your best self to your vision, and bring it into reality.
