Most people don’t realise how much they can gain by aligning their whole in a holistic way. To live and work in harmony with the natural world around us is to be aware, to be grateful, to be mindful and to take action on that gratitude. People are confused why certain areas of their life flow and other areas do not, but when you have deliberate intent, what we call structure, it starts to unfold before your eyes, it starts its rhythm, its flow.
The delicate movement and hints of all aspects of our lives are aligned in a specific and organised structure.


Why and when did it happen?
It happens because you give your consent. It happens when you start navigating it. It’s your internal compass. Your inner order is interconnected with the necessities and level of your soul, heart and body. Decide to do whatever it requires to align your soul, heart and body with this holistic framework so your life flows in so many ways. That decision will be dramatic.


But the effects are gonna change everything around you. It’s like a rebirth, rearranging your life, reorganisation of what you are. Everyone wants their life to flow more smoothly. And yet we can barely make sense of how it all works. The flow of life is like a river whose channels are constantly changing, and whose shoreline is shifting. The river’s course is a constantly changing expression.


The water that flows out of them eventually flows back into them, where they become new channels, because the water flows along with them, not away from them. And the direction where the water flows — is a constantly shifting
expression of its past. The channels themselves are constantly changing. The shape of a river channel changes in response to the flow of water through it, this is a whole and connected procedure. But how can a river’s course change, when its channels don’t?


The path the river takes through space is the force that guides its movements. All you need is a force, support, an individual, a soul to direct your path and that’s it.


You are the river and have ultimate flow within yourself. The river is not trying to flow at all. It just flows. The ultimate smoothness is waiting for you. And that smoothness lies within the alignment. Alignment of soul, heart and

Many of you are frustrated. You’re trying to figure some things out in your life.
You feel like you’re spinning, out of control. You can’t figure out your calling.

    happiness. It’s also important to be kind to yourself. This will prevent you from
    feeling like you are being judged or discouraged. And it will help you let go of
    negative thoughts.
  3. Surround yourself with positive people.
    Having supportive people around you contributes to your happiness and
    happiness is important to your growth. Along with working to surround yourself
    with people who are already 3x more successful than you, I also recommend
    promoting positive individuals to the people in your life. These individuals will
    give your life purpose and will help you grow. People who inspire you always
    go a long way. So do yourself a favour and choose to surround yourself with
    those who fill you with pure joy (and stopped sucking at life long ago!). This
    includes family, friends, co-workers and partners. These people are the ones
    that make you feel comfortable, feel fulfilled and give you abundant
    opportunities for growth.

    People can make your life extremely abundant and enjoyable. People can also make your life incredibly difficult and also extremely unhappy. It is best to surround yourself with people who fit your exact qualifications (i.e. those who
    occupy the exact position you want to occupy). Unless you see the good in everyone you meet, you will be suffering in the sense of thinking that there is something wrong with you because no one is happy or fulfilled with the life
    they are living. Surround yourself with people who inspire you daily. Surround yourself with those who support you and also accept you for all you are. This mistake is more common than you might think.
  5. Identify practical ways you can start living a holistic life
    There are a lot of ways to incorporate holistic living into your life. Identify practical ways you can start living a holistic life. For example, start eating better by cooking at home more, or start meditating for a few minutes a day.
    Here are a few more ideas to get you started. Discover your WHY — the reason you live, advance your career, take care of your family and pursue your passions. Why do you want to live like this for a lifetime? Let go of what you do not want. Start working on what you want to work on, then let go of what you do not want.
    Refuse to buy into the “worst-case” moments. Once in a while, something will happen. Accept it. It will happen again. But then proceed to do what you can to head off any disaster that could have happened that would have hurt your life. The only way to have true joy in life is to accept what will come your way. Jot down your life goals. These decisions will define your reality. What do you want your life to look like? Being specific is a great way to determine your own goals. You can approach it from several angles: Little, Big and Before and
    After. Or set specific goals. Find the balance. Find a gentle flow that feels good. In moving from right to
    left, new and old. Remember that in a graceful movement it’s not the smooth transitions that get you, but the conflicts that you learn how to resolve. Peaceful collisions teach us the meaning of life. Look for moments to take risks. If you are afraid to fail, then find a way to fail, even in small ways. Failure is also another opportunity to learn how to succeed. Begin with a deeply rooted intention.

    The more you can integrate healthier habits into your life, the better you’ll feel.
    If you’re not already living a holistic life, here are some things you can do to
    start living more healthfully:
    1) Eat healthier foods. Eat more whole foods, especially fruits and
    vegetables.
    2) Get enough sleep. Studies have shown people who sleep less are more
    likely to gain weight.
    3) Commit to a daily movement goal like gardening, walking or thinking about
    what you’re grateful for.
    4) Take 5 minutes at the end of the day to journal. Notes can be anything,
    positive or negative. Focus on one positive habit you need to change to
    become even more health-conscious and fulfilled.
    5) Reminisce about how great of a healthy lifestyle you had as a kid or adult.
    Think about how much healthier you feel and what it feels like because of that
    lifestyle. You can add more to your life and win a new healthy obsession for
    future victories.
    6) Do more pushups or situps. After doing these activities, you can then
    create a new habit of doing them in a specific order. For example, if you get up
    and do 15 pushups and then do 10 situps followed by 15 pushups, you may
    set up a goal to do 20 pushups and 10 situps at the end of the day.
    7) Quit your job and go to the gym 3-4 days per week. Instead of working for
    someone else, work for yourself for the most part. Feel more accomplished,
    look forward to working out and will have more self-worth and confidence to
    work out.
    8) Invest in healthy property and gadgets like bands, outdoor workouts and
    water bottles. Keep track of your weight, food and activity goals to measure
    success. Finally, schedule an hour each night to work on your goals and
    remove distractions. These practices and more will help the generosity of your
    spirit to shine through and make a difference in your body and mind.
